Unopened Items

Our trained staff is here to assist you! Take advantage of our expertise and free consultation to help you make the right purchase. Contact our trained sales staff by Live Chat, email or by calling us at (888)-854-4628.

Returns are easy! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 15 days of receipt.

• Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.

• Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.

• A 10%–20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit - subject to our discretion.

• Software cannot be returned.

 

Opened Items

We are unable to accept the return of the following 'opened' items unless authorized by photoidcardsystems.com:

  • • Card Printers
  • • Opened media - cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits.
  • • Other opened but unused items may also be returnable with a restocking fee; please contact photoidcardsystems.com customer service. All returns require and RMA number.

 

 

Other Products

  • We are unable to accept the return of the following items: 

  • • Software – unless authorized by photoidcardsystems.com
  • • Special order items and custom printed products (cards, reels,lanyards, etc.)


Defective Merchandise (DOA)

If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact our sales department to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We stand behind our products, and will do our best to expedite your request as quickly as possible.


Return Procedures and Guidelines

  1. Contact your sales representative an RMA number within 15 days of receipt of product.
  2. If approved, an RMA number will be provided to you for your return.
  3. We recommend UPS/FedEx/DHL or another insured carrier that offers tracking capability. Carrier insurance is your option and recommended depending on the value of the items.
  4. Items must be received by photoidcardsystems.com within 10 days of issuance of RMA.
  5. All original packaging, instructions, etc., must be returned - unmarked and undamaged.
  6. Product must be ‘Like new’ and factory sealed.
  7. Photoidcardsystems.com can not be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
  8. Merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
  9. Credit will be issued to the original credit card or account holder after inspection by photoidcardsystems.com
  10. Photoidcardsystems.com may amend the return policy guidelines at anytime.
